Day 90 – Silentgrove to Windjana – sunny 35 with arvo cloud

Walking along the base of the reef

A really easy drive today with lots of tarred sections, we said good by to Gibb River Road and arrived at Windjana at 9.30am. We got pick of the camp sites, so we faced the 360 million year old reef.

Heaps of Freshwater Crocs

You only had to walk 1km up the river before you could see the fresh water crocs baking on the sand, the kids loved it.

Day out at the Movies

By mid afternoon I was running a craft and games class at our tent, we had Tara and Lucy who we have been meeting along our travels, from next door was Liza and Flynn and from a couple of camps up was Kylie and Jackson. It was full on and good to veg out for a couple of hours.
