Day 112 – Karijin National Park to Horse Creek Bridge – sunny 28

Levi High and Dry
We can do this!
From Dales camp ground we drove to do the walks on the other side of the Park, Kermit Pools were certainly the best feature of the park and made you feel like you didn’t completely waste your time making the detour to Karijini.
Water like mirrors

Kermit's Pool
You need to hold an accredited abseiler licence to go past here.
Awesome fun a great walk/climb/swim.
The Three Stooges
The walk was fun, climbing ladders and scaling walls, at the last section we had to leave Levi behind and take it in turns to go to the end. You can see why people are always being rescued from falling on this walk.
Roadside cafe!
Heading out to Tom Price we hit a road block, there was oil spilt on the road and it would be a 40 minute wait. No problems we just got out our kitchen and had smoko, and yes at this stop on the middle of the road we caught up with the family again Aaron, Michelle and the kids. Paige thought it was great. Not only that, another family who we camped with at Ormanston Gorge, back in April, was at Horse Creek that night, so we got to catch up with them over a few drinks.
