Day 111 – Karijini National Park – Cloudy 22

It is sooo cold here we have to go back North, how I am going to handle Melbourne. Glenn and I refused to believe that this was the end of our summer we weren’t going to let go, he wore his shorts and T-Shirt. I on the other hand caved and had to put on a hoody, the kids, well they were dressed for the snow.

Time to eat!
Today we did the Rim, Gorge, Fortescue Falls and Fern Pool, it was a beautiful walk but we had been on better and it definitely hasn’t shown us to be one of the jewels of Western Australia like they say.

I cut up some reeds for the kids at kinda, so they could try the Aboriginal paint brushes and hopefully give them some Ochre.
Anna doing a deal!!
With Ochre that is!
In the arvo Paige helped to crush the Ochre I found on the walk.
