Day 104 – Qunondong – sunny 33

We ,drove 5km up the track for Glenn to have a fish, we saw the fish and some turtles but caught nothing.Glenn hooked on to something big but it broke the line.
Last Bets!!! And there off.
The kids and I collected hermit crabs for the great race, Paige’s won.
Back at camp we were waiting for the tide to go out so we could go Occi’ hunting.
We grabbed our knives and buckets and off we went, I was the first to find one so Glenn came over and cut off its head. They are amazing, their tentacles still try and crawl up your arms even with no head. Then it was Paige’s turn, she found one and Glenn helped her behead her first Occi’, and she loved it.
Levi with The Head
Paige loved it the sicko
Glenn cleaned the Occi’ up, unfortunately we started to pack up the camp that night and left it in the bucket, we were so annoyed with ourselves for not being able to eat it, so Glenn used it for bait.
