Day 176 – Port Lincoln to Tumby Bay – sunny 20

Tumby Bay Jetty

Anna fishing for Squid
The purpose for coming to Tumby Bay was for the squid, which we would have no luck with today, it was a full moon. After our short drive there and setting up, I then had to drive all the way back to pick up my Visa Card I once again left at a shop. I was not happy.

The rug I had nearly completed and then had to redo,
because of two missing rows. Bummer.
Glenn and the kids went squidding, not that Glenn could do much with the kids running up abd down the jetty, so he resigned to buying them lunch and playing in the park until I returned.

Awesome..Tumby Bay is home to some wonderful old pubs including the Sea Breeze Hotel which opened in 1907 and the Tumby Bay Hotel which dates from 1904.

Tumby Bay is well equipped with services and facilities for families... including those for the very littlest of people.
