Arriving at Parry’s Beach after brekky we realized we hadn’t missed out on much by not staying here. The beach was fairly average, the camp wasn’t bad with new solar power amenities and protected camp areas from the weather. The back beach looked a lot nicer and good enough to stay at.
Glenn decided the day wasn’t exciting enough for us, so we headed out to Soft Beach, we made it in alright, it was on the way back we got BOGGED.
Not just bogged but the car was grounded, the wheels were turning in the air. So after about an hour of Glenn cracking the shits, he finally gave in and came back to the camp. We called the Search, Sea and Rescue team and they were in Albany for the day,Then at 6 o’clock without question Alec drove his massive green tractor to our camp to pick up Glenn and took him to pull us out.
It was well worth the $50 donation to the team.
