Day 161 – Quaggi Beach to Cape Le Grande – sunny 20 late rainy and strong wind

When people say “ Oh that was a nice place we loved it there”.

What did they love about it? The town, the beach, the caravan park or maybe a place 30km away. I think for us it is the location mostly, if you can look out from your camper and feel like you are on holidays and not have to drive. Yes the towns are good for convenience, but they don’t make a great holiday.

Esperance surprised us, yes it had beautiful beaches, it had great caravan parks etc, but it wasn’t speci. Now Cape Le Grande for us had it all, breathtaking views, whitest beaches, toilets, hot showers, camp kitchen, walks, and trees for the kids to climb.

It is beautiful.

No massive breakers here!

Oh! And I forgot wind, mainly at night, some rain and generator campers. I never said it was perfect.

But close to it!
