Day 172 - Coffin Bay - Overcast 14

Glenn was gone like a shot before daylight, the kids and I slothed around the camp.
He arrived glowing, not only from the wind burn but also from the tub of 8 salmon he had just caught. I learnt very fast how to fillet fish and we turned the fridge to freezer.
Just a little happy
The Kids loved them as much as Dad

Anna the filleting freak

By 2.30pm Glenn was determined that I was going to catch one, so in the car we headed over the sand dunes, where I thought he would never go again. The water was so cold it hurt my legs, I didn’t know how Glenn could stand it, my first fish was a small one, just a warm up.

I was so exited I wet my pants. (only joking)

Then I brought in a 63cm beauty, awesome. Unfortunately I let the next two go, “ Hold the line tight” Glenn is yelling in the back of my ear. I wasn’t allowed another turn.
