Day 165-47km E of Norseman to side of Road 50km before Madura –sunny/partly cloudy 22

One of the holes on the Nullabor golf course
We drove a tad further today than expected and set up camp 500m the off road. We had forgotten about the Quarantine over the border, so we had to cook up and blanched all of our veggies. All was well until….
We didn't see any signs for wondering kids
Paige preparing for the Masters!
Paige jumped out of a tree a metre from the ground, a broken branch was pointing up her left arm came down and gashed her upper arm between her arm pit and elbow.
We heard screams for help like we have never heard her yell before and knew it wasn’t good.
She was so brave after a few minutes she had settled, she said “Mum move out the way, dad is trying to take photos for kinda”, then she let me use the  tweezers to get the splinters out and bandage her up.
The closest hospital would be Ceduna, and already tied from the day’s drive and in the middle of nowhere, we knew she had to be treated by a doctor. We saw that she wasn’t any pain, so we had dinner and prepared ourselves for what we knew would be a huge day of driving the next day.
