There are 18 bus stops around the Island, we got off at No.4 and walked to No.6, ah well it poured and absolutely drenched us all, poor Mum she was sooo cold, but she soldiered on. The weather had cleared quickly by the time we got off at the Lighthouse, even though we didn’t go in it had a brilliant view of the Island and the ocean.
Hands up if your having fun.
Whats with the pose?
Levi's happy with his Twix.
Our last stop was No.18 and walked back to the start, not before another down pour, luckily we took shelter at a large amenities and cafe block. Mum found a laundry and took this opportunity to strip and dry off her clothes in the dryer, so only a small green towel around her she waited.
Glenn muttered “Old People”.
The Quokkas were fun for the kids.
Levi just has to test the boundaries.
The walk back to the wharf was the most stunning, with white beaches and those little quokkas which the kids tried to catch.
We made it back to Fremantle Wharf and decided to catch the bus back to the caravan park, well we waited and waited for 45 minutes.
Glenn then read the timetable, there were no buses on Saturdays, ooppss I read it wrong. They were not impressed.
We got into taxis.
We got into taxis.
