Peak hour traffic!!!
We were late to pick up Mum from the airport mainly because we were in denial that we would ever see traffic again, it looked worse than Melbourne.
It was all open arms at the airport, and then the first things Mum says to me “Shit you look like an Aboriginal”
good to see you too Mum.
good to see you too Mum.
Tarts in Northbridge was next for a well deserved morning tea, a cafe I found in the Lonely Planet, as soon as it said "Tarts" I had to try this place, we were not disappointed.
I think Glenn thought it was a different type of establishment.
As you can see it had a posh selection of treats to choose from and may I say the Hot Choc was the best I have had in awhile, you added your own choc bits to your tasting. POSH.

Levi and Grizz liked it.
Then to Cottesloe Beach to catch as many rays as we could before the rain came, enjoyed it here walking the shores collecting shells with mum. Tonight the heavens opened and it rained and rained all night.
Gis a kiss
Cottesloe beach for a stroll
Picking up some shells.
A long time between hugs.
