Taking it easy this morning we took the scenic boardwalk track to see some of Glenn’s birds and then headed to the Pinnacles. Unfortunately we didn’t get to view the mounds at dawn as suggested, but we enjoyed what we saw anyway.
Hide’n’Seek was a favourite with the kids, we have never seen them so excited to play, it was fun. The 1.2km stroll through the mounds of rock was very easy in between pretending to be Pinnacles.

Before stopping many a time on the side of the road so I could pick some wild flowers, we found ourselves at Guilderton, where the river meets the ocean, now this place is magic. We enjoyed the beach and sunset while we could as we knew rain was coming.
