Day 142 - Fremantle – Showers 16

Now, I knew this wasn’t going to be a relaxing day but gees.

Dropped the car off at Ultra Tune in Subiaco, walked outside and it started to rain.
So on a bus we headed to Perth City, we weren't sure on what we were going to see or do, just play it by ear.

Firstly, we did know we had to vote, and then morning tea in London Mall.
At the Bell Tower we rang the bells, this is one of only a few places in the world the public have the chance to do so, from here you also have a good view of the city and the wharf.

In the City Centre public transport is free so we used the CAT bus a few times to take a look around. We had lunch in James Street after I failed to find Sci-Tech. This is when Mum’s filling fell out and she urgently needed a dentist. Out came the yellow pages in search for one that is open on a Friday night, no-one was free.
On the CAT once again to the city centre where Glenn said to Mum try the information Boothe they may know where one is. Mum not only found a dentist but got an appointment and an extraction.
I found a beautician Karmen at The House of Pain, she worked wonders on me and did a brilliant job.

Glenn said to Mum“ Old People! You can’t take them anywhere, let alone on holidays”, Mum tried to laugh with half of her face completely numb to her eye ball.
After losing track of time it was a mad dash to pick-up the car it involved running, catching a bus, and then more running, I was relieved to get to bed.The kids look like orangutang's after being dragged around all afternoon.
Ultra Tune in Subiaco, although they were kind enough to stay behind for us to get the car, did a shocking job of the detailing we paid for. It just makes me wonder if they are unable to clean a car, how good is their servicing?
